Kerala Engineering Entrance Rank List: Mark Uploading Begins

Kochi: The Engineering Rank list 2015 will be prepared by giving equal weightage to the score obtained in the Engineering Entrance Examination (Paper I & Paper II put together) and the grade/marks obtained for Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry in the Final year of the Qualifying Examination (Plus Two or equivalent).The candidates who have qualified in the Engineering Entrance Examination 2015 shall have to submit the marks obtained for Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry in the Second year of Plus Two or equivalent Qualifying Examination through the website www.cee.kerala.gov.in

However, in the case of candidates who have not studied Chemistry, the marks obtained in Computer Science shall be considered. In the case of candidates who have not studied Chemistry and Computer Science, the marks obtained in Biotechnology shall be considered. In the case of candidates who have not studied Chemistry, Computer Science and Biotechnology, the marks obtained in Biology shall be considered. The marks thus submitted by the candidate will be processed after effecting standardization procedure as described in Clause 9.7.4 (b) of KEAM Prospectus 2015 for preparation of Engineering Rank list.

The website will be open from 25.05.2015 to 06.06.2015, 5 pm for online submission of marks. In order to submit the marks online, candidates will have to enter their Application number and Roll number through the link KEAM 2015-Candidate Portal provided in the website www.cee.kerala.gov.in to login to their Home page. Then by clicking on the Menu Item ‘Mark Submission’ and by providing Key number and Password (which they have already used while submitting online application for KEAM 2015), the candidates can submit their marks online.

The candidates who have applied online for KEAM 2015 and remitted the Application Fee by way of Demand Draft (DD) can download and print their ‘Key Number’ by clicking on ‘Print Key Number’ button and by providing the password after logging into their Home Page. The details of Second year marks available with this office from the Boards concerned will be displayed when submitting the Board of Examination, Year of passing and Register number of the candidate on the web page. In such cases marks entry need not be done again.

The marks displayed on the web page must be verified with the original mark sheets and confirmed by the candidate. If the marks data is not available with this office from the Boards, the marks obtained by the candidate for the Second year in the respective subjects should be entered.

After verification/submission of marks, confirmation has to be done by all candidates by clicking on ‘I Confirm and Submit’ button and should take the print out of the ‘Marks Data Sheet’, through the link “Print and Finalize Mark Data”. The candidate should forward this printout of the mark submission data duly signed by the candidate along with the self attested copy of Plus Two mark sheets by way of Speed Post/Registered Post/Hand Delivery to The Commissioner for Entrance Examinations, Fifth Floor, Housing Board Buildings, Santhi Nagar, Thiruvananthapuram-695001 so as to reach the Office of the Commissioner for Entrance Examinations before 5 pm on 06.06.2015.

Candidates who have applied for Architecture Course in addition to Engineering should submit the marks separately for Engineering and Architecture after clicking the Menu Item ‘Mark Submission’ and the printouts of Mark Data Sheet for Engineering and Architecture are to be taken separately. The Mark Data Sheet for Engineering duly signed by the candidate along with the self attested copy of mark list is to be forwarded to the Commissioner for Entrance Examinations. Similarly, the Mark Data Sheet for Architecture duly signed by the candidate along with the self attested copies of mark list and NATA score card are to be forwarded to the Commissioner for Entrance Examinations separately for Architecture.

Applicants who do not submit the marks online and those who do not forward the printout of the ‘Marks Data Sheet’ along with the self-attested copies of the mark list of the Qualifying Examination will not be considered for the preparation of Engineering rank list 2015. The Commissioner for Entrance Examinations will not be responsible for any postal delay. The Printouts received via E-mail/Fax will not be considered. Facilitation Centres and Help Desks will be functioning throughout the State in order to give assistance to candidates for online marks entry.

CBSE post-result counselling from Monday

New Delhi: The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) said it would provide post-result counselling to students and parents to overcome common psychological problems and address general queries related to Class 10 and 12 results from Monday.

The CBSE will declare the Class 12 board results for all regions on Monday at 12 p.m.

The voluntary, free of cost counselling, being provided for the 18th consecutive year, would continue till June 8 daily from 8 a.m. to 10 p.m.

"The CBSE counselling is an outreach programme which is carefully designed keeping the heterogeneity of student's population and geographical spread. CBSE tele counselling is largely offered by trained counsellors and principals from within CBSE affiliated schools located in India and outside India," a statement said.

During the counselling, 58 experts including principals, trained counsellors from CBSE affiliated government and private schools and few psychologists will be available for tele-counselling.

"Out of these, 49 are from India and 9 counsellors from outside India including Nepal, Japan, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (Dammam), Oman, UAE (Sharjah, Dubai, Ras Al Khaimah), and Kuwait are participating in this programme," it added.

A 'Centralized Access System' (CAS) similar to that of a call centre has also been introduced for better accessibility and convenience of the students who can dial a toll free number 1800 11 8004 from any part of the country and get in touch with operator for general queries related to result or with counsellors for one to one telephonic counselling.

"Counselling facility for specially abled children has also been arranged to take care of the needs of special children," the statement added.

CBSE Class 12 results announced

New Delhi: The Central Board of Secondary Education today announced its much-awaited Class XII results 2015.
The results have been made available on board's official websites www.cbse.nic.in and www.cbseresults.nic.in

The students should submit their roll numbers on the website for downloading the results. The class 12 CBSE examinations for this year commenced on March 2.

The CBSE has announced that the Class X results will be announced on May 27.

CBSE RESULTS ON 25, 27

New Delhi, May 22,2015 : The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) will announce the Class XII    Results 2015 on 25th Monday. Class 10 results will be announced on 27th Wednesday, according to official result website http://results.gov.in

However, there has been no announcement from the Board so far whether CBSE Class 12th Results of Chennai region will be announced earlier. Usually Chennai and Trivandrum region results come first. However, whenever results are announced students can access their CBSE Class X Board 2015 results on www.cbse.nic.in and cbseresults.nic.in.

According to data provided by the CBSE, a total of 13,73,853 students appeared for the Class 10 CBSE Board Examinations this year. There has been a hike of 3.37 percent in the number of students who appeared in the Class 10 Board Examinations. While 8,17,941 boys appeared for the exams, 5,55,912 girls sat for the papers this year.

Plus Two 2015 Results Declared

Kochi: The much awaited HSE class 12th examination results 2015 have been declared. The pass percentage is 83.96.
The results was declared by Education Minister P K Abdu Rabb. First year results will be known by June mid. Double valuation has been done for Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics since the marks of these subjects are taken into consideration for engineering admission.

CUSAT CAT Results Next Week

Kochi: The rank list for admission to various B. Tech, 5 year integrated programmes of M.Sc. Photonics, BBA LLB, B.Com. LLB of the University will be published in the third week of May, according to University press release. The option registration for admission to these courses will commence on the next day of the publication of results.  The allotment/admission is done on the basis of the rank and the options registered by the candidate on the stipulated time.  For more details please visit www.cusat.nic.in.


The rank list for admission to various PG Programmes, ie. MCA, M.Sc., 3 year LLB and MA programmes of the University had been published on 12th May. The results are available on the website www.cusat.nic.in. Eligible candidates should submit their options online on or before 25.05.2015.  Option registration facility for M. Tech. programmes will be available from 04.06.2015 to 08.06.2015.
